What is the production lead time?

Lead time depends on packaging development, artwork approval, formula requirements and order size. Your quotation states the production window for your order, and production starts once the deposit and final artwork are confirmed.

What are the payment and trade terms?

We work on a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipment, paid by bank transfer (T/T). Quotations are EXW by default, and CIF is available on request. See all commercial terms.

What should I include in my first enquiry?

Include the target market, intended use, desired fabric and GSM, wipe dimensions, formula direction, pack style, pack count, estimated quantity and target launch date. References or packaging examples are welcome.
