From Fabric to Container, in One Company

Each step of a cotton pad order is handled by our own team. That is what keeps quality, packaging and delivery consistent from one order to the next.

Fabric
Our own material lines in China and Vietnam make the nonwoven fabric for our cotton pads. Other cotton pad makers buy this fabric from us too.
Cotton pads
Three cotton pad lines at our factory in Qingyuan, Guangdong, make up to 3.6 million pads a day in round, square and custom shapes.
Printed packaging
Our packaging workshop prints your bags and boxes. One printed-bag run of about 30,000 bags can cover several smaller orders; we keep the remaining bags for your next order.
Shipping
Our 20-person logistics team loads and books your goods: 20GP or 40HQ containers by sea, or 17-meter trucks by road to Vietnam.

Documents for your market

We hold ISO 9001:2015, a SMETA 4-Pillar audit (Sedex) and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for selected products, and can provide SGS and dermatological test reports. If your market needs another certificate, we can arrange it for your order, with the cost paid by the customer.

For a distributor in Saudi Arabia, we obtained SABER certificates for the Saudi market.

Our Terms, Before You Ask

The same terms apply to every customer, so you can plan your first order with no surprises.

MOQ: Set by the printed packaging: 5,000 branded boxes, or one printed-bag run of about 30,000 bags for cotton pads. Each packaging design needs its own minimum; neutral packaging starts lower.
Samples: Stock samples are free; you pay the courier freight. Custom samples take 3–7 days, and the sampling fee is refunded when you place the bulk order.
Lead time: Cotton pads: 30–35 days for a first order, 20–25 days for repeat orders. Other products are confirmed in your quotation.
Payment: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T. We do not accept letters of credit.
Shipping terms: EXW by default, or CIF to your port. The loading port can be arranged at your request. We do not offer DDP at the moment.
Quality claims: Report any quality issue within 30 days of arrival. We replace the goods or make up the quantity in your next shipment first; a refund is the last option.
Confidentiality: We sign NDAs on your company's own template.
