Fabric workshop
Every cotton pad starts as a roll of spunlace nonwoven fabric. Our own material lines in China and Vietnam make this fabric from cotton and viscose fibers, so we control the material that goes into your pads.

Dust-free workshops
Cotton pads for skincare and baby care are made in dust-free workshops. Staff gown up and pass through air showers before they enter.

Cotton pad lines
Three cotton pad lines cut, emboss and seal pads in round, square and custom shapes. Custom shapes and embossing patterns use their own mold.

Towels and other disposables
We also make disposable face towels, compressed towels and hospitality disposables. Disposable underwear and bathrobes come from our own underwear factory.

Quality lab
Our in-house lab checks materials and finished products against the specification you approved. Every batch can be traced from raw material to the container it shipped in.

Packaging workshop
We print bags and boxes in our own packaging workshop, so your pads and packaging are made to match. One printed-bag run of about 30,000 bags can cover several smaller orders, and we keep the remaining bags for your next order.

Loading and shipping
Our 20-person logistics team loads and books every shipment. Customers can book an SGS or BV inspection before loading, and we schedule it with them.

Visit or Audit Our Factory
Buyers and brand owners are welcome to visit and audit the factory. Tell us your dates and we arrange the visit. If you cannot travel yet, ask for free stock samples; you pay only the courier freight.
