What we solved

The brand felt its bags looked under-filled on the shelf. Instead of changing the packaging, we increased the fabric weight from 180 gsm to 210 gsm, so the thicker pads fill the bag properly.

Since late 2024, a Singapore brand has sourced disposable bath towels, pillowcases and bedding sets from us and sells them through retail chains. Every product is packed in the brand's own printed bags and branded outer cartons.

It started with a trial order and now orders a full 20GP container every two to three months.

What we solved

The original bags had no air holes, so air was trapped inside after packing and the bags puffed up. We added small vent holes to the bags. Each pack now lies flat, which saves a lot of space in the cartons, in the container and on store shelves.
