Commercial Terms & FAQ
Payment, trade terms, MOQ, samples, quality claims and lead times for private-label orders. The key terms are summarized first; each answer below gives the details.
Ordering & Terms
What are your payment terms?
We work on a 30% deposit and a 70% balance. The deposit confirms the order and starts production, and the balance is paid before shipment. Payment is by bank transfer (T/T). We do not accept L/C at present.
Which trade terms do you quote?
Quotations are EXW by default. CIF quotations are available on request, and the loading port can be arranged to suit your destination or forwarder. We do not offer DDP at present.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and its printed packaging. Typical minimums for standard specifications:
- Cotton pads: 5,000 branded boxes, or one printed-bag run of about 30,000 that can cover several smaller pack orders
- Face towels: 5,000 boxes, or 20,000 bag packs
- Disposable towels and bath towels: 20,000 packs
- Wet wipes: 20,000 packs for multi-wipe packs such as 80 counts; 100,000 for single-wipe sachets
- Cotton swabs: 10,000 packs, boxes or jars for white swabs; 20,000 or more for colored swabs
- Disposable underwear: 10,000 pieces per size
Each packaging design needs its own minimum. Special materials and non-standard packaging, such as rigid tubes for cotton pads, are quoted per project.
What information do you need for an accurate quotation?
Please send the product type, preferred material, size and GSM, estimated order quantity, packaging requirements, destination country, required delivery date and any certification requirements. A reference product or target price also helps.
Samples & Development
Are samples free?
Stock samples are free; you pay the courier freight. Custom samples carry a sampling fee, which we refund when you place the bulk order.
How long do sampling and production take?
Custom samples typically take 3–7 days, depending on the specification. For cotton pads, a first OEM order typically ships 30–35 days after the deposit, final specification and packaging artwork are approved, and repeat orders typically ship in 20–25 days. Lead times for other products are stated in the quotation. New printing plates or custom packaging can add time.
Can you customize materials, GSM, sizes and textures?
Yes. Options include material composition, GSM, dimensions, shape, texture, edge sealing and performance requirements. Final feasibility depends on the product structure, equipment and order quantity.
Can you help with private-label packaging?
Yes. We coordinate logo placement, packaging structure, artwork, print colors, barcode, label language, pack quantity, carton configuration and carton marks. Production starts only after you approve the final packaging file.
Quality & Documents
What happens if there is a quality problem?
Report it within 30 days of the goods arriving. Our first remedy is replacement goods, sent separately or together with your next shipment. A refund is used when replacement is not suitable.
What quality inspections do you carry out?
Depending on the product, inspection covers raw materials, dimensions, GSM, absorbency, wet strength, lint performance, appearance, packaging seals and carton quantities.
Which audits and certifications do you hold?
We hold a SMETA 4-Pillar audit (Sedex site reference ZS1000105264), ISO 9001:2015 certification, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification for specific products or materials. Certificates are renewed when due, and we only share current, valid copies. Ask our sales team for the documents that apply to your product.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs using your company's template.
Shipping & Contact
Can you arrange international shipping?
Yes. For EXW orders, we prepare the goods, export packing, packing list and commercial invoice for your forwarder. For CIF orders, we arrange freight and insurance to your destination port.
When will you reply to my inquiry?
Our sales team replies to inquiries from 8:30 to 20:00 Beijing time (GMT+8). Messages received outside these hours may take longer. Quotations typically take 1–2 business days once we have enough project information.
