What we do not supply
Our production lines are not set up for medical devices, so we do not supply sterile medical products or products registered as medical devices. EO sterilization is available for disposable underwear only. Check the rules in your market for any claim you plan to print on the label.
Made in Our Own Factory
Our factory is in Qingyuan, Guangdong. Buyers are welcome to visit and audit it, or to take the virtual factory tour.

Order Terms
- MOQ
- Disposable underwear: 10,000 pieces per size. Disposable towels: 20,000 packs. Other products are confirmed in your quotation. Each printed design needs its own minimum.
- Samples
- Free stock samples; you pay the courier freight. Custom samples take 3–7 days, and the sampling fee is refunded when you place the bulk order.
- Lead time
- Confirmed in your quotation, based on the products, sizes and packaging.
- Payment
- 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T.
- Shipping
- EXW by default, or CIF to your port. The loading port can be arranged at your request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is your disposable underwear sterile?
Our 100% cotton disposable underwear is available EO sterilized and individually sealed. Our other care products are supplied non-sterile.
Do you make medical devices?
No. Our production lines are not set up for medical devices, and we do not supply products registered as medical devices. We supply disposable hygiene products for care homes, maternity and personal care brands and distributors.
What is the MOQ?
Disposable underwear starts from 10,000 pieces per size, and disposable towels from 20,000 packs. MOQ for underpads, bedding sets and other products is confirmed in your quotation. Each printed packaging design needs its own minimum.
Which documents can you provide?
We hold ISO 9001:2015, a SMETA 4-Pillar audit (Sedex) and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for selected products and materials, and can provide SGS and dermatological test reports for specific products. If your market needs another certificate, we can arrange it for your order, with the cost paid by the customer.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free; you pay only the courier freight. Custom samples with your material, size, printing or packaging take 3–7 days, and the sampling fee is refunded when you place the bulk order.
Can you supply on a regular schedule?
Yes. Many customers place one large order and receive it in monthly shipments, or reorder on a fixed schedule. Tell us your monthly volume and we plan production and loading around it.
