Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask before starting an OEM project.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the product type, material, size, GSM, estimated quantity, packaging type, destination country and required delivery date. A reference product, artwork or target price is also helpful.
What is your MOQ for private label orders?
MOQ depends on the product and its printed packaging. For standard specifications, cotton pads start at 5,000 branded boxes, face towels at 5,000 boxes or 20,000 bag packs, wet wipes at 20,000 multi-wipe packs, and white cotton swabs at 10,000 packs or boxes. Each packaging design needs its own minimum, and special materials or non-standard packaging are quoted per project. See MOQ by product on our FAQ page.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free; you pay only the courier freight. Custom samples carry a sampling fee, which is refunded when you place the bulk order.
How long does sample development take?
Custom samples typically take 3–7 days, depending on the product, mold or pattern, packaging and revision requirements. The confirmed sample plan states the schedule.
What are your payment terms?
We work on a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipment, paid by bank transfer (T/T). We do not accept L/C at present.
Can you customize materials, GSM and sizes?
Yes. Depending on the product category, customization can include material, GSM, size, shape, texture, edge finish, logo, packaging and pack quantity. Custom shapes and embossing keep the standard MOQ, with a separate tooling fee.
Can you help with packaging design?
Packaging structure, artwork templates, print colors, barcode placement, label language, carton marks and packing quantity can be coordinated before production. Final claims and compliance copy should be approved by the brand owner.
What quality inspections do you perform?
Inspection items may include GSM, dimensions, absorption, wet strength, linting behavior, appearance, packaging seal and carton quantity according to the approved specification.
What happens if there is a quality problem?
Report it within 30 days of the goods arriving. Our first remedy is replacement goods, sent separately or together with your next shipment. A refund is used when replacement is not suitable.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Yes. Quotations are EXW by default, and CIF is available on request; we do not offer DDP at present. For EXW orders we prepare the goods, export packing and documents for your forwarder. For CIF orders we arrange freight and insurance to your destination port.
Can you manufacture products for different target markets?
Yes. Product specifications, packaging, labeling and documentation requirements can be reviewed for the intended market. Final requirements must be confirmed for each project before production.
Can I combine different products in one OEM project?
Yes. Cotton pads, disposable towels, cotton swabs, wet wipes and related disposables can be developed in one project. Each product and packaging design keeps its own MOQ, and shipping them together in one container makes better use of freight.
