What buyers ask before starting an OEM project.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the product type, material, size, GSM, estimated quantity, packaging type, destination country and required delivery date. A reference product, artwork or target price is also helpful.
What is your MOQ for private label orders?
MOQ depends on the product specification, packaging format, printing and order requirements. Your quotation will state the MOQ for the selected product route.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. Standard samples and customized prototypes can be discussed. Confirm the sample policy, applicable fee, courier responsibility, schedule and revision process before development begins.
Can you customize materials, GSM and sizes?
Yes. Depending on the product category, customization can include material, GSM, size, shape, texture, edge finish, logo, packaging and pack quantity.
Can you help with packaging design?
Packaging structure, artwork templates, print colors, barcode placement, label language, carton marks and packing quantity can be coordinated before production. Final claims and compliance copy should be approved by the brand owner.
How long does sample development take?
Sample timing depends on the product, customization, mold or pattern, packaging and revision requirements. A typical custom-sample reference is 3-7 business days, subject to the confirmed project plan.
What quality inspections do you perform?
Inspection items may include GSM, dimensions, absorption, wet strength, linting behavior, appearance, packaging seal and carton quantity according to the approved specification.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Little Cotton can coordinate export documentation and international logistics according to the destination, trade terms and agreed shipping method.
Can you manufacture products for different target markets?
Yes. Product specifications, packaging, labeling and documentation requirements can be reviewed for the intended market. Final requirements must be confirmed for each project before production.
Can I combine different products in one OEM project?
Multi-product projects can be discussed for cotton pads, disposable towels, cotton swabs, wet wipes and related disposable products. MOQ, packaging and shipment arrangements are confirmed by product category.
