What information do you need for a quotation?

Please share the product category, estimated quantity (in packs, boxes or pieces), destination, private label requirements and any known product or packaging specifications. A reference product or target price is also helpful.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ depends on the product and its printed packaging. Typical minimums for standard specifications:

Cotton pads: 5,000 branded boxes, or one printed-bag run of about 30,000 that can cover several smaller pack orders

Can I request samples before ordering?

Yes. Stock samples are free; you pay only the courier freight. Custom samples with your material, size, texture, logo or packaging carry a sampling fee, which we refund when you place the bulk order.

Can you customize packaging and logos?

Yes. Packaging structure, artwork templates, logo placement, printing, barcode, labeling, pack quantity and carton requirements can be coordinated before production. Printed bags and boxes are made in our own packaging workshop.

How long do quotation, sampling and production take?

Quotation typically takes 1–2 business days once we have enough project information. Custom samples typically take 3–7 days. For cotton pads, a first OEM order typically ships 30–35 days after the deposit, final specification and packaging artwork are approved, and repeat orders typically ship in 20–25 days. Lead times for other products are stated in the quotation.

What are the payment and shipping terms?

We work on a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipment, paid by bank transfer (T/T). We do not accept L/C at present. Quotations are EXW by default, and CIF to your destination port is available on request; we do not offer DDP at present. For EXW orders, we prepare export packing, the packing list and commercial invoice for your forwarder. See all commercial terms.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can sign an NDA on your company's template before you share packaging artwork, formulas or specifications.
